The S.P.A.C.E. Gallery is thrilled to usher in the start of year 9 with the August Art Auction! The gallery first opened its doors with the exhibit in August of 2009 in order to fund gallery improvements and support the local creative community with monthly exhibitions. The tradition continues this August, as we have big plans for the year going forward. We appreciate all of your support!

Bidding will open: Thursday, August 9th, 2018 @ 5pm – August 24th, 2018 @ 8pm

Bid online or in the gallery. Bids will finalize during our closing reception in the gallery on Friday, August 24th from 5 – 8pm. Bidding will continue online through that time and you will be notified through email if you have won the artwork that you have been bidding on. 

HOW TO BID ONLINE:

— Peruse this site through August 24th at 8pm. Click “ARCHIVE” at the top of the page to take a quick look at the thumbnails of all the work that is available. If you are looking for a specific artist, simply type their name in the “search” box at the bottom of every page.

— Bid! Post your bid as a comment, simply add a name as you’d like it to appear and your email address (which will be private) in order to leave a comment and we will contact you if you win!

— Don’t be outbid! Make sure you check the box that says “Notify me of follow-up comments via email.” (right under the “submit comment” button) so you will be emailed automatically when others post their bid.
